Doritos Crash the Super Bowl Ad Contest

Eligibility : Doritos Crash the Super Bowl Ad Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period :  You may enter the Doritos Crash the Super Bowl Ad Contest between 12:00:01 am Central Time (“CT”) on 10/03/08 and 11:59:59 pm CT on 11/16/08 (“Contest Period”).

Limit : Each individual Entrant is allowed a total of ten (10) Submissions as long as the same (or substantially similar) Submission is not uploaded more than one (1) time throughout the Contest.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner’s Submission will be aired during the Super Bowl XLIII broadcast. There is no monetary value associated with the Grand Prize, however,  in the event that the Grand Prize winner’s commercial is awarded the #1 spot (including ties) according to the USA TODAY Ad Meter rankings, Grand Prize winner will receive a bonus of $1,000,000.00.

FIVE (5) FINALIST PRIZES: Each finalist prize (“Finalist Prize”) consists of $25,000 US and a trip to Florida for a private Super Bowl XLIII party hosted by DORITOS® brand for all Finalists and their Guests including round-trip coach air transportation for a verified Finalist and one (1) eligible guest (“Finalist’s Guest”) from a major gateway airport near Finalist’s residence within the U.S.; seven days/six nights (1/27/09-2/2/09) double occupancy hotel accommodations in Florida; ground transportation to/from hotel. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $31,000.
