Maxx Contest Rules

Eligibility

This Maxx Sweepstakes 2022 is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and who identify as women, are eligible to enter.

Sweepstakes Period

The Giveaway begins on August 4, 2022 and ends on August 26, 2022.

Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prizes

Five (5) runner-up winners will receive a $10,000.00 check made payable to the runner-up winner and a minimum of one (1) mentoring session of at least thirty (30) minutes by telephone or video conference with a coaching professional to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. (ARV: approximately $300 each).

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a cash prize of $50,000.00 made payable in installments as described further below, plus an additional payment in the amount of $20,000.00 in order to help offset the amount of taxes due on the prize award. Additionally, the grand prize winner will receive at a minimum four (4) mentoring sessions of at least thirty (30) minutes by telephone or video conference with a celebrity mentor to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. (ARV: The mentoring sessions prize is a one-of-a-kind prize that does not have an actual retail value).
