Folgers Jingle Contest

Eligibility : The Folgers Jingle Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are amateur musicians. Individuals who have had or currently have a music recording contract or who earn more than 50% of their income as a musician or vocalist are prohibited from entering this Contest and cannot win.

Promotion Period : Folgers Jingle Contest (“Contest”) begins at 12:00 PM noon Eastern Time (“ET”) on 01/19/10 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 02/28/10 (“Contest Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Go to www.bestpartofwakinup.com during the Contest Entry Period and submit an Official Entry Form

Limit : Limit five Entries and each Entry submitted must be different.

Prize (s):

FIVE FINALIST PRIZES: Each Finalist Prize is a trip for the Team Leader and up to three Team Members listed on the Entry Form to New York City, NY to compete in the Live Grand Prize Audition on or about 05/27/10. Each Finalist Prize consists of round-trip coach airfare between a U.S. gateway airport in the 50 United States nearest the Finalist’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and New York City, NY, two nights hotel room accommodations (up to two rooms/double occupancy) at a hotel designated by Sponsor, ground transportation between airport and hotel and hotel and Grand Prize Audition location and a check in the amount of $1,000 made payable to the Entrant (divided among and payable to each Team Leader and each Team Member). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Finalist Prize is up to: $7,800.

ONE GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of $25,000 to the Entrant (divided among and payable to eachTeam Leader and each Team Member and a chance to have the winning jingle featured in a future Folgerscoffee commercial. ARV of Grand Prize: $25,000.

Winners : For the names of Finalists and Grand Prize Winner, available after 05/27/10, send a self addressed stamped envelope with proper postage affixed to: The Folgers Jingle Contest Winners List, c/oCentra Marketing & Communications, 1400 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY 11590. Requests must be  received by 12/31/10. Winners list will be sent after all winners have been verified.
