Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2013 until 5:00 p.m. ET on December 2, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): (i) $3,000 cash (presented in the form of a check); and (ii) a coupon redeemable for one (1) Shady Brook Farms® or Honeysuckle White® turkey (the “Turkey Coupon”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,025.

One (1) First Prize Winner shall receive the following (the “First Prize”): (i) Thanksgiving themed Food Network Store products; and (ii) one (1) Turkey Coupon. ARV of the First Prize: $525.

Fifty (50) Second Prize Winners shall each receive the following (the “Second Prize”): one (1) Turkey Coupon. ARV of the Second Prizes: $1,250.
