Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. States & DC, 18 years or older.

Promotion Period : Promotion starts at 12:00 a.m. ET on 11/15/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/08.

Limit : Limit one entry per household, per day.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded and will include free dental care for life from Philips Sonicare (up to $25,000) in the form of a $25,000 check.

my teeth used to be so pretty.i”m dissabled now because of co workers .i can”t afford dental work anymore,this makes me feel hopeless,and sad.
