Eligibility : Hershey’s You Deserve Bliss Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of May 1, 2009.

Promotion Period : HERSHEY’S YOU DESERVE BLISS SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD BEGINS AT 12:00:01 A.M. EASTERN TIME (“ET”) ON MAY 1, 2009 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. ET ON MAY 31, 2009 (THE “SWEEPSTAKES” ENTRY PERIOD”).

How To Enter : Visit www.hersheysbliss.com/deserve (the “Web Site”) during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Hershey’s You Deserve Bliss Sweepstakes entry page.

Limit : Limit one (1) online entry per person, per e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will receive a $20,000 cash prize awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer (made payable to winner). Winner must accept prize as stated or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate retail value (ARV): $20,000.00.

Two Hundred (200) Instant Win Prizes. Each winner will receive a $100 cash prize awarded in the form of a check (made payable to the winner). ARV $100.00 each.
