Eligibility : This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the fifty (50) United States and D.C. excluding the state of California who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry

Promotion Period : All entries for “Phase One” of the Contest must be transmitted, completed, and received between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on May 17, 2010 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 8, 2010. All entries for “Phase Two” of the Contest must be transmitted, completed, and received between notification from Sponsors on or about July 9, 2010 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 9, 2010.

Prize (s):

Each Finalist will be awarded the following prize: an eight (8) day/seven (7) night trip for the Finalist to the Canadian Club HIDE A CASE adventure (i.e., the Phase Three trip). Trip includes round trip coach class airfare to be provided from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s residence to all points of the adventure, hotel accommodations for five nights, cash allowance for meals (excluding dinner on the first night and dinner on the final night, which shall be provided) and cash allowance per day to accomplish clue challenges (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $18,500USD/$18,949.40CDN). Each Finalist will also be awarded $12,500USD/$12,803.65CDN awarded in the form of a check/cheque(ARV: $12,500USD/$12,803.65CDN). The ARV of each Finalist Prize is $31,000USD/$31,753.05CDN.

One (1) Finalist will be determined the Grand Prize Winner in accordance with the rules and regulations regarding Phase Three and the outcome of the Phase Three challenges and will be awarded a check/cheque in the amount of $100,000USD/$102,429.20CDN (ARV: $100,000USD/$102,429.20CDN).
