Home Run Inn Pizza Video Challenge

Eligibility : Open only to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 14 years or older as of 08/31/09. Any persons under 18 who live in Maine are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Between 12:01am Central Standard Time (CST) on 08/31/09 and 11:59 pm CST on 10/18/09 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.homeruninncontest.com and follow the links and instructions to login and/or create your account and to post your video.

Limit : You may enter multiple Submissions into the Contest as long as the same (or substantially similar) Submission is not uploaded more than one (1) time throughout the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Each of the ten (10) Finalists will receive Home Run Inn Pizza for a year, consisting of a total per Finalist of twelve (12) frozen 12 inch pizzas, and a Flip Video Camera. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) for each Finalist prize is $235.00.

Grand prize winner will also receive two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500 and a Home Run Inn Halloween “Party in a Box” consisting of extravagant Halloween decorations, Home Run Inn pizza, soda, napkins and plates for approximately 25 people). ARV for the Grand Prize is $5,500.

Winners : The top five finalists will be posted on www.homeruninncontest.com. Names of the Video Contest Grand Prize winners can also be obtained by sending a self addressed stamped envelope by November 30, 2009 to: Home Run Inn Pizza Video Challenge, P.O. Box 903, Northbrook, IL 60065.
