Jillian Jumpstart Challenge Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of January 10, 2011, and who are permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) states of U.S. or the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein. Residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : Begin on January 10, 2011 at 12:00:01 A.M. ET and end on March 15, 2011 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded consisting of the following: K-Swiss athletic wear and K-Swiss shoes (“Wardrobe”) (actual athletic wear and shoes included in Wardrobe to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) and four thousand dollars ($4,000) (awarded in the form of a check made payable to Winner, or as otherwise determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) that Winner may use to procure personal training services, or for any other purpose, as determined by Winner. The estimated retail value (“ERV”) of Prize is four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500).

Winner List : For the name of the Winner, available after April 4, 2011, or for an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests) to be received by June 6, 2011 to: Jillian Jumpstart Challenge Sweepstakes “RULES” or “WINNER’S NAME” (specify which), P.O.
