Jim Beam The Remake Contest

Eligibility : The Jim Beam The Remake Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“D.C.”), excluding California, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Jim Beam The Remake Contest (“Contest”), sponsored by Jim Beam Brands Co. (“Sponsor”), begins on January 22, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 21, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)

How To Enter : Log on to www.jimbeam.com (the “Web site”) during the Contest Period to enter by following the onscreen instructions and those instructions contained in these Official Rules.

Limit : Limit three (3) entries per person or e-mail address.

Prize (s):

The Best Story Winner will receive one (1) Jim Beam® branded Flip™ Mino video camera, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $180.

Each Finalist except the Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Sony® HDR CX-12 digital video camera, ARV $899.

The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a 3 day/ 2 night trip for winner and three (3) guests to Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip includes round-trip coach class airfare for winner and three (3) guests from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada, 2 double-occupancy hotel rooms for 2 nights’ accommodations in Las Vegas, ground transportation to and from McCarran International Airport and hotel, hotel charges up to a maximum of $289 per room per night ($1,156 maximum in total), per diem of $100 per person per day for food ($1,200 in total), and Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). Total A.R.V. of Grand Prize $30,715.

The winners’ names will be posted after June 1, 2009, following the verification of winners and the awarding of prizes. You may also request a copy of the Rules or the winners list by sending a self-addressed, stamped #10 business-size envelope to: Jim Beam’s Remake Contest, c/o Jim Beam Brands Co., 510 Lake Cook Rd., Deerfield, IL 60015. Indicate “Rules” and/or “Winner’s List”, as appropriate, on the front of your outer mailing envelope, in the lower left-hand corner. Residents of VT may omit return stamp from Rules requests only. Mailed requests must be received by July 1, 2009.
