Lifetime Moms Fall Recipe Sweepstakes

Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be: (i) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (ii) eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : Begins at on October 18, 2012 and ends on November 22, 2012

Limit :  Limit five (5) Entries per person/day/email address.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: (a) an Oster brand Slow Cooker (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $70.00); and (b) a Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) check in the name of the Grand Prize Winner. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,070.00.

Five (5) Weekly Prize Winners will each receive: (a) an Oster brand Slow Cooker (ARV: $70.00); and (b) a Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) check in the name of the Weekly Prize Winner. The total ARV of each Weekly Prize is $320.00.

Winner List : To obtain a list of names of Grand Prize Winner(s) or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Lifetime Moms Fall Recipe Sweepstakes Winner(s) Names Request”, A&E Television Networks, LLC, 235 East 45th Street, New York, NY 10017, Attn: Digital Media Department. All requests must be received on or before December 31, 2013. Vermont residents may omit return postage on rules requests.
