Eligibility : Lifetime’s FaLaLaLa Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of the time of entry

Promotion Period : Lifetime’s FaLaLaLa Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:00 Am ET on DECEMBER 1, 2008 AND ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on DECEMBER 31, 2008.

Limit : One entry per person and/or email address per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

The following Daily Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner for each day from December 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008, inclusive (thirty one (31) Daily Prize winners):  One Thousand dollars ($1000.00) cash, one (1) One Hundred dollar ($100.00) shop.com gift certificate, and one (1) Recordable Hallmark card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Daily Prize: $1105.99, per winner per day.

Additionally, one (1) Grand Prize consisting of Twenty Five Thousand dollars ($25,000.00) cash will be awarded to one (1) winner. ARV of Grand Prize: $25,000.00.
