Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations) who are eighteen (18) years of age and/or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of registration and individuals between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) having their parent or legal guardian’s permission to register.

Promotion Period : Begins June 3, 2013 at 12:00:01 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on August 8, 2013, (“Overall Promotion Period”).
