Promotion Period : Begin at approximately 12:01 am Eastern Time (ET) on 4/1/2011 and end at approximately 11:59 pm ET on 9/25/2011

Prize (s) :

InstantWin Prize Awards – Maximum of (26) awards available: Each eligible instant prize winner will be awarded a gift card redeemable for $100.00 towards baseballmerchandise fromany team of their choice.

Grand Prize Award – Maximum of one (1) grand prize available: The grand prize includes:
– A 46-inch class LCD HDTV with a maximumretail value not to exceed $900. Winner will receive shipment of the HDTV to the
address listed on their registration, or must accept delivery as otherwise designated by Contest Administrator. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for
delivery following receipt of the completed winner documents.
– And the opportunity to participate in the $50,000 Grand SlamGame contest for a chance to win $50,000 Cash, per the contest
requirements outlined below. The $50,000 cash portion of the prize, if awarded, shall be awarded in the form of a check made payable to
the grand prize winner for $50,000. In the event of an eligible $50,000 prize claim per the requirements outlined below, allow 4 – 6 weeks
for delivery.
