Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
Promotion Period : The contest (“Contest”) begins at 12:00:01 am CDT on May 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CDT on July 31, 2010 (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : Each code is unique and may only be used once to qualify for a Contest entry.
Prize (s):
There shall be a total of thirteen (13) entries selected during the Contest Period as winners of a weekly gift card (the “Weekly Prize”). One Visa® branded stored value gift card in the amount of $250.00 shall be awarded to each Weekly Prize winner
Grand Prize. One (1) prize winner will be provided with a check in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) as well as a Kum & Go gift card with a value of $500 (which is equal to the estimated cost of free fountain drinks for a year) (collectively, the “Grand Prize”)
Winners : For the names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Kum & Go Cup Naming Contest, Attention: LAL, 6400 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266. Requests must be received by the thirtieth (30th) day following the date of the drawing.
