Eligibility : Newman’s Own Fall Into Flavor Recipe Contest (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on September 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : You may submit one (1) Recipe per each Category per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Contest: ONE (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000. THREE (3) CONTEST FIRST PRIZES: A Newman’s Own gift basket. All items included in gift basket to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $75.

Sweepstakes: NINE (9) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (one (1) for each Weekly Entry Period): A prize package which includes an Allrecipes.com apron, a reusable Allrecipes.com grocery bag, and an Allrecipes.com cookbook. All details of prize package including, but not limited to, size, color, and material of apron, grocery bag, and subject of cookbook to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Weekly Entry Period. ARV: $50.
