No Pain All Gain Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The No Pain All Gain Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The No Pain All Gain Sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://att.eprize.net/allgain (“Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize and applicable Monthly Entry Period drawings.

Limit :  For the Monthly Entry Period drawings, each participant may receive one (1) entry per day for registering or logging in; and for the Grand Prize drawing, each participant may receive one (1) entry into for registering and up to thirty-three (33) bonus entries (3 per month)

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $25,000.
ELEVEN (11) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per Monthly Entry Period): $1,000.

Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than May 13, 2010. For the Winner List, send an email with subject line: “The No Pain All Gain Sweepstakes, Winner List Request,” to WinListRequests@eprizefulfillment.com.
