Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older

Promotion Period: Beginning at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 28, 2008 until 5:00 p.m. ET on July 11, 2008

Limit : Limit one (1) online entry per valid email address, per eligible person per day

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win: (i) $5,000 in cash; (ii) one (1) “High Heat Culinary Tools Package” consisting of the following: (a) one (1) wok (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” $99.95); (b) one (1) sauté pan (ARV: $209.95); (c) one (1) spatula ($9.95) and (d) seven (7) cans of Pam Professional cooking sprays (Pam Professional, Pam Original, Pam Baking, Pam Olive Oil, Pam Butter, Pam Grilling, and Pam Organics) (ARV: $27.93 @ $3.99 each); and (iii) one (1) trip to the location of a Food Network Challenge (the “Trip Location”) to be determined by Sponsors for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest consisting of the following: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the Trip Location; (b) ground transportation between the airport and hotel (the “Hotel”) accommodations; (c) Hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights (one (1) standard double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); and (d) two (2) tickets for a Food Network Challenge event at the Trip Location (ARV of trip package: $4,420.00). Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $9,767.78.
