Parents Cover Photo Contest

Eligibility : Open to each legal resident of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, who is the parent or legal guardian of a child born between April 1, 2007 and January 1, 2013 and depicted in the Contest Entry photo submitted.

Promotion Period : Commence at 8:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2013 and end at 8:59 PM ET on June 22, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : One (1) Contest Entry per person and per eligible child per household throughout the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

PHOTO CONTEST GRAND PRIZE (1): A $100 American Express gift card; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 and the opportunity to be featured on the cover of a future issue of Parents Magazine.

READERS’ CHOICE WEEKLY WINNER PRIZES (12): A $250 American Express gift card; ARV: $250 each.

PHOTO CONTEST FINALIST PRIZES (10): A Parents magazine photo shoot prize package for Photo Contest Finalist and his/her child depicted in the Contest Entry in August 2013, including i) round-trip coach-class air transportation for Finalist and his/her child from a major U.S. airport nearest Finalist’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; ii) ground transportation between airport/hotel/photo shoot location; iii) three (3) days and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (one (1) room, double occupancy); and iv) a daily stipend of $150.00 (awarded as an American Express gift card) which may be used for food and miscellaneous expenses while in New York City; ARV of Photo Contest Finalist prize package: $3,300.00 each.

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): A $10,000 check; ARV: $10,000.
