Radio Disney’s Sweeten Up Your Summer Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., July 2, 2011, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., July 14, 2011

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell or more than one person use the same Address / Cell , only one (1) On-line or SMS Entry per entrant per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) Entries per entrant during the Entry Period); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 Entries) per entrant per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) On-air Super Entries per entrant during the Entry Period). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One lucky Winner (“Winner”) will win $5,000 to “sweeten” up their summer! See a concert, take your family on a vacation and spend it however they want. The Grand Prize consists of the following element: [1] a check in the amount of $5,000 to spend however the Winner pleases. There are no other prizes. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is: $5,000.
