How Does The realtor.com Sweepstakes Work?

The Down Payment Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2023 and ends on July 07, 2023. To enter, visit https://www.realtor.com/down-payment-sweeps to get started. Complete and submit the online entry form in accordance with all instructions. You may enter the Sweepstakes only one time.

This Realtor.com Sweepstakes 2023 is open to residents of the 50 States of the United States of America or the District of Columbia who are at least 19 years of age.

What Are The Prizes?

The Prize will consist of cash in the amount of US$50,000 to be used to make a Qualifying Purchase of a home that the Winner would purchase, own and occupy.

Who Are The Winners?

For the name of the Winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope after September 15, 2023 (which is the date estimated above in these Rules to be an approximate date of the closing on the Winner’s home purchase), but before August 31, 2024, to:   Move Sales, Inc., “Realtor.com® 2023 Down Payment Sweepstakes,” 3315 Scott Boulevard, Suite 250, Santa Clara, CA 95054.   Sponsor reserves the right to identify the Winner on only a limited basis (e.g., by first or last name or initial and State, region or town of residence) or by providing full (or fuller) identifying information as to the Winner.
