Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: If properly claimed, the following grand prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) winner (subject to verification): ten thousand United States dollars ($10,000 US) in a form selected by Sponsor.

Second Prize: If properly claimed, the following second prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to ten (10) second-prize winners (subject to verification): one (1) Dr. Scholl’s for Her foot-pampering gift bag, the contents of which will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The total ARV of each second prize is $115.
