Prizes & How To Win

One grand prize is available. Grand Prize consists of:

• one rent paid for a 12 month lease, per Owner’s standard occupancy agreement, for an apartment in Owner’s building located in New York, NY, which apartment has been furnished by Sponsor;
• one-month standard security deposit;
• all fees associated with application and coverage provided by theGuarantors.com,
• the furnishings in the apartment at the time the Grand Prize winner takes possession which will not include items listed on the “Excluded Furnishings List” attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference (such furnishings valued at $20,000).
• Additionally, the Grand Prize winner will receive a check for $20,000 which may be used to offset the winner’s tax liability.
• The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is up to $85,000.
