Spectracide Make the Smart Choice Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:01 p.m. CST on April 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 a.m. CST on August 1, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Term”).

Limit : Regardless of entry method, you may enter the Sweepstakes only once per day.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) Grand Prize; four (4) Monthly Prizes; eighteen (18) Weekly Prizes; and thirty-six (36) Photo Prizes awarded.

The Grand Prize consists solely of a check in the amount of $10,000.

Each Monthly Prize consists solely of
April Monthly Prize $5,000 Gift Card to Home Depot
May Monthly Prize $5,000 Gift Card to Lowe’s
June Monthly Prize $5,000 Gift Card to Home Depot
July Monthly Prize $5,000 Gift Card to Lowe’s

Each Weekly Prize consists solely of a $200 gift card to Walmart.   There will be 36 Photo Prizes (consumers whose photos are selected to be included in the game) which consist of a $25 gift card to Walmart.
