Eligibility : This Subway Sweepstakes 2021 is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are full time High School students with a demonstrated Football skill.

Sweepstakes Period : The Pro Teen Awards begins on January 15, 2021 and ends on February 6, 2021.

Limit : One (1) Nomination per Nominee and one (1) Prize per Nominee however more than one member from the same family may be Nominated.

Prizes :

Each winning Nominee shall receive $1,500 athletic scholarship contribution to the Winner’s 529 Education Fund, an invitation to attend the virtual Subway Pro Teen Awards, Subway to deliver a double meat turkey footlong for the Awards event, and congrats video “shoutout” from a Professional Football Player.
