Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as “Participants”).

Promotion Period : Begins on July 16, 2013, at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on September 17, 2013, at11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Master Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit : There is a maximum of five (5) entries per person and per e-mail address during the master Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) Prize awarded to one (1) Winner. The Prize will consist of the following: twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) awarded as a lump-sum payment in the form of a check made payable to Winner or in another form subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
