Summer of Savings Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Summer of Savings Sweepstakes (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Residents of Florida and New York are ineligible to win the Grand Prize.

Promotion Period : The Instant Win Game begins on July 18, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 17, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may play up to three (3) times per day during the Promotion Period. During the Promotion Period, you may receive up to one (1) additional Instant Win Game play per day through Tell A Friend Program.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $500,000 awarded in the form of a forty (40) year annuity in the name of the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500,000.
