Eligibility :  THE G.I. JOE CHASE FOR THE CASE SWEEPSTAKES (“PROMOTION”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.

Promotion Period : The Target G.I. JOE Chase for the Case Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (Midnight) Central Time (CT) on 7/5/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 9/06/09 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Promotion without using a text-messaging capable device, visit Target.com/gijoe (“Website”) and click on the Promotion icon, banner, or text link(s) and follow the online instructions to play.

Limit :  Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per Day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the entry method used

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: (Participants will assume the role of a G.I. JOE team member or Cobra team member and the team with the most members at the conclusion of the Promotion Period will control the case which will determine which of the following Grand Prize options will be awarded).
COBRA OPTION: Case of Cash  Includes $9,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check made payable to winner) and a $1,000 Target GiftCard (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $10,000).
G.I. JOE OPTION: Ultimate G.I. JOE Command Center Package  Includes 52″ TV/brackets/warranty, Bose Audio System, Blu Ray Player, Notebook Computer, Apple IPOD Touch, XBOX 360, Wii Console with Fit, DVD Camcorder, Nikon Camera, GPS, G.I. JOE Movie Accelerator Suit Duke Figure, and G.I. JOE Movie Pit Play Set. If applicable, winner may choose $10,000 cash payout in lieu of the Ultimate G.I. JOE Command Center prize package (ARV: $10,000).

FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: $500 Target GiftCard (ARV: $500 each).

TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: $250 Target GiftCard (ARV: $250 each).

SIXTY-FOUR (64) INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES (1 per day): $50 Target GiftCard, (ARV: $50 each).

Winners : For the names of the winners, write your name and complete address on a 3″x5″ card and mail in a first-class stamped envelope to: G.I. JOE Chase for the Case Sweepstakes Winners List, PO Box 15125, Dept. H629526, White Bear Lake, MN 55115-5125 for receipt by 9/30/09.
