The HPNOTIQ Under the Cap Instant Win Game
Eligibility : The Game is open only to legal residents of the United States 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
Promotion Period : The HPNOTIQ Under the Cap Instant Win Game (the “Game”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : Limit of one (1) game play per person and/or per email address per day during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of $100,000 cash, approximate odds of winning 1:303,000.
Two Hundred (200) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of $500 cash, approximate odds of winning 1:1,515.
Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes are available. Each Second Prize consists of a HPNOTIQ t-shirt, approximate odds of winning 1:606. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Second Prize is $10 ea.
