Three Olives Vodka What’s Your O-Face? Contest

Eligibility : Three Olives Vodka What’s Your O-Face? Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.), excluding California and Tennessee, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any special equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.

Promotion Period : The Three Olives Vodka What’s Your O-Face? Contest begins on March 9, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on June 14, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)

How To Enter : During the Submission Phase, visit www.threeolives.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home mailing address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. After submitting the registration, or following each login for a returning entrant, follow the links and instructions to upload and edit a photo of yourself making an “O-Face” showing the surprise and delight you might feel after tasting Three Olives Vodka.  Insert your photo into one of the O-Face ad layouts on the site http://www.heya.toyota.com, in order to receive one (1) entry into the Contest (the “Submission”).

Limit :  You may submit as many Submissions as you would like during the Submission Phase, but only twenty (20) may be active at any given time

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000.

FIVE (5) FINALIST PRIZES: A trip for winner to New York, NY and the opportunity to participate in a professional photo shoot. Prize package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for one (1) person, two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy), a photo session with a photographer and an advertising agency, and $200 spending money.  Approximate Retail Value: $1,500.
