The all-in-one real estate site Trulia partnered up with One Kings Lane to host a $25K giveaway, in conjunction with their latest update called Collaboration, which allows users to create and share customized real estate boards of their favorite homes and collaborate with agents, family members, significant others, roommates and more. Instead of constantly sending links, all of your favorite listings can stay in one place.

By creating a board on Trulia, you will automatically be entered for a chance to win $25,000 awarded in the form of a check in the amount of $15,000 and a $10,000 One Kings Lane gift card – a helpful head start for a future dream home.

Between now and April 30, 2015, create a board on Trulia or enter via U.S. Mail to automatically be entered for a chance to win!

• Create A Board On Trulia: Go to Trulia.com/Win and create a board as directed. You’ll need to either sign in to your Trulia Account or create one prior to creating a board. Upon creating your first board, you will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry.
• Enter Via U.S. Mail: Hand print your name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, email address, daytime telephone number on a 3” by 5” card and mail it, in an envelope with postage affixed to: “Trulia $25K Giveaway”, Attn: Consumer Marketing 535 Mission Street, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA 94105. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
