TUMS Sweepstakes Rules
Eligibility
This TUMS Sweepstakes 2022 is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of legal residence.
Sweepstakes Period
The TUMS Cam Sweepstakes starts on June 2, 2022 and ends June 27, 2022.
Limit
Limit of 25 entries per person during the Promotion Entry Period.
Prizes
Sweepstakes: There are five (5) first prizes, ten (10) second prizes, and one (1) grand prize available in the Sweepstakes. Total Approximate Retail Value of Prizes available in the Sweepstakes: $15,046.25
i. First Prize: Each verified First Prize winner will receive: one (1) $250 Visa Gift Card, one (1) Hamburger Stress Reliever Key Chain, one (1) 16-ounce Arc Colored Pint Glass, one (1) cutting board, one (1) 12-ounce coffee mug, one (1) 36-count bottle of TUMS®, and one (1) 8-count bottle of TUMS®. Approximate Retail Value of each First Prize Kit: $269.75.
ii. Second Prize: Each verified Second Prize winner will receive: one (1) $50 Visa Gift Card, one (1) Hamburger Stress Reliever Key Chain, one (1) 16-ounce Arc Colored Pint Glass, one (1) cutting board, one (1) 12-ounce coffee mug, one (1) 36-count bottle of TUMS®, and one (1) 8-count bottle of TUMS®. Approximate Retail Value of each Second Prize Kit: $69.75.
iii. Grand Prize: The Verified Grand Prize winner shall receive: a trip for the verified Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to three fabulous food destination cities (verified Grand Prize winner may choose three (3) cities out of the following: San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, New Orleans, LA, Los Angeles, CA, or Seattle, WA), including round-trip transportation (coach air fare or limousine service) for the verified Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest, one (1) room at a 3 or 4 star hotel in each city for two (2) nights each (a total of 7 days, 6 nights), and one (1) $2,000 prepaid Visa gift card for food and expenses. Approximate Retail Value for the Grand Prize: $13,000. In the event that the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described, including the availability, or any health-related concerns, Sponsor may award the Grand Prize Winner an alternate cash prize of $5,000, to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Contest: There are ten (10) contest prizes available during the Contest Entry Period (three (3) Contest Prizes available in Contest Week 1, three (3) Contest Prizes available in Contest Week 2, two (2) Contest Prizes available in Contest Week 3, and two (2) Contest Prizes available in Contest Week 4). Each Contest Prize winner shall receive one (1) $25 Visa Gift Card, one (1) Hamburger Stress Reliever Key Chain, one (1) 16-ounce Arc Colored Pint Glass, one (1) cutting board, one (1) 12-ounce coffee mug, one (1) 36-count bottle of TUMS®, and one (1) 8-count bottle of TUMS®. Approximate Retail Value of each Contest Prize: $44.75.
