Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state/province of residence, whichever is older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01:00 a.m. (EST) on February 10, 2014 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) on February 28, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Enter Online At : valpak.com/grocery

Enter By Mail : To enter by regular mail, hand-print on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper your name, address, city, state/province, zip code/postal code, daytime phone number (where you can be reached during normal business hours), and birth date. All mail-in entries must be mailed to The Valpak Cart-2-Cash Sweepstakes, PO Box 43368, Atlanta, GA 30336. Maximum one (1) mail-in entry per day and per stamped, outer mailing envelope.

Limit : Only one (1) online entry per day regardless of the online entry page method used may be registered from the same person.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $5,000.00 USD check.
