How To Enter

Here is a step-by-step guide that will help you enter this Sweepstakes today:

• Step 1. Make a qualifying electronic direct deposit of your federal or state tax refund of $5 or more during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Step 2. You will automatically receive one entry into the applicable Entry Period drawing, and one Grand Prize Drawing entry for such Qualifying Tax Refund Deposit.

Sweepstakes Tips

• This Sweepstakes is free to enter and is 100% legit.
• To enter without having or using a Card or making a Tax Refund Direct Deposit, on a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly print or type your name, age, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code), and email address (if any). Then, mail your 3” x 5” card in a postage-affixed sealed envelope to: “2025 Tax Deposit Sweepstakes”, P.O. Box 429, Newark, NY 14513 to receive one entry into the applicable Entry Period drawing. To also receive one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing include the words “Grand Prize Drawing” in the bottom left-hand corner of the front side of the envelope.

Prizes

• 25 Entry Period Prize Winners per Entry Period will each receive $500. Total Approximate Retail Value of all Entry Period Prizes per Entry Period is: $12,500.
• 1 Grand Prize of $10,000. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $10,000.

Total ARV of all prizes throughout the Sweepstakes Period is: $47,500.

Sweepstakes Rules

• Sweepstakes Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Vermont, Puerto Rico and the U.S. territories and possessions) and at least the age of majority in your state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi, and 18 in all other states) with a valid Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number at the time of entry.
• Promotion Period: The Contest ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2025.
• Limit: Limit of 21 entries per Entrant for each Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. There is a maximum of 83 entries per Entrant for the Grand Prize Drawing.
• Random Drawing Date: April 10, 2025
• Sweepstakes Winners: Send a self-addressed, stamped business-size (#10) envelope to be received by May 15, 2025, to: “2025 Tax Deposit Sweepstakes”, P.O. Box 458, Newark, NY 14513.
