Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who 18 years or older at the time of participation. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Begins on March 15, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 15, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per person, per email address, during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: One grand prize winner will receive Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per week for the rest of their life (up to the age of 75).

Winner List : For Promotion results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to $500 Dollars Per Week Sweepstakes, c/o JBR Media Ventures, LLC, 2 Wisconsin Circle Suite 700 Chevy Chase, MD 20815.  Requests for the winners list must be received by May 1, 2012. VT residents may exclude return postage.
