Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: $100,000 cash awarded in the form of a cashier’s check; Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all tax withholding liability and will receive an IRS Form 1099 from SKAR in 2011. Sponsor and their agents, including Sweepstakes administrator are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misplaced or mutilated tickets and/or travel documents, baggage, flight delays or cancellations or any other occurrences beyond their control. Changes to tickets not permitted after tickets are issued. Winner’s travel companion must be of the age of majority in their state of residence, or older or the majority age in their home state unless First Prize winner is travel companion’s parent, legal guardian or spouse. Potential Grand, First and Second Prize winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, where allowed by law and any other reasonable documents required by Sponsor or agent, including providing their Social Security number for tax purposes. Failure to sign, complete and return these documents to SKAR by the return date specified in the prize notification letter in Rule #4 may result in the forfeiture of the entire Grand, First or Second Prize in which case an alternate potential winner name may be drawn. Grand, First and some Second Prize winners may receive a 1099 Miscellaneous Income form from SKAR in January of the year following receipt of prize for tax purposes for the value of the prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for winner’s inability to utilize prize as stated herein. Regardless of the prize won, all costs not specified herein are solely each winner’s responsibility including but not limited to federal, state and local taxes and use taxes. SKAR may at its sole discretion disqualify and select an alternate potential Grand, First or Second Prize winner if such winner fails to respond to SKAR potential winner notification within the time limit specified by these official rules and/or if the return of notification as undeliverable and/or if winner or travel companion (if applicable) fails to provide SKAR with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency and/or if Liability/Publicity Release is not signed and received by SKAR within 10 business days from date of prize notification letter, from winner and their travel companion, regardless of the cause of such failure. Prize limit: A winner (or household member residing in winner’s household) of a weekly prize may win only one weekly prize per week, however a winner of a weekly prize is otherwise eligible to win a Grand, First or Second Prize. You are not a prize winner unless declared so by SKAR. All claimed prizes will be awarded. Total approximate value of all prizes is $209,500.
