Eligibility : Both nominators and nominees must be legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and of legal age of majority under the laws of their state.
Promotion Period : Contest begins on May 30, 2010 at 12:00:01 am Central Time (“CT”) and ends July 15, 2010 at 11:59:59 pm CT (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Contest Period.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a check payable to the winner in the amount of $100,000.
SIX (6) REGIONAL FINALIST PRIZES: a check payable to the regional finalist in the amount of $5,000.
