World’s Smartest Design Engineer

Eligibility : World’s Smartest Design Engineer (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and are a qualified engineer with either a degree in Engineering, or PE certification, or have passed the EIT.

Promotion Period : The Contest begins on March 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on December 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)

Limit : Each entrant may answer up to one hundred (100) questions per day during the Contest Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $5,000 cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.

TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per Monthly Entry Period): $250 gift card. ARV: $250.
