Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least eighteen (18)) as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : The XFINITY® Watchathon Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on March 17, 2014 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 15, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : One (1) Daily Entry Period Drawing entry, one (1) First Prize Drawing entry and one (1) Grand Prize Drawing Entry per person and per email address per Daily Entry Period for a maximum of thirty (30) Daily, thirty (30) First and thirty (30) Grand Prize Drawing entries throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected to receive $10,000 awarded in the form of a check and one (1) Game of Thrones branded Xbox 360 console. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $10,250.

First Prize: One (1) First Prize winner will be selected to receive a seven (7) night, eight (8) day Tall Ship Caribbean Sailing trip for Winner and one (1) guest. Prize consists of the following elements: [a] round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Bridgetown, Barbados; [b] accommodations on board a Tall Ship sailing vessel (one standard room/double occupancy, room and tax only) for seven (7) nights (Caribbean itinerary to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [c] ground transportation to the cruise departure location from the airport in Barbados upon arrival, and to the airport upon departure; and [d] one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for Winner only (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winner). ARV of First Prize: $9,970.

Daily Entry Period Prizes: Thirty (30) Daily Prize winners (one (1) winner per Daily Entry Period) will be selected to receive one (1) 32GB Mini Tablet. ARV of each Daily Prize: $499.
