ICEE What Would You Do With Your 2nd Chance Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The ICEE What Would You Do With Your 2nd Chance Sweepstakes is only open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : ICEE What Would You Do With Your 2nd Chance Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) March 6, 2009 and ends at 5:00 p.m. (ET) May 15, 2009.

How To Enter : To enter, visit us online at www.icee.com (“Website”). The Website will contain directions and official entry form to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry, per person per day, per household, or e-mail address.

Prize (s):

One (1) “First Prize” Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of First Prize is $4000
Private “17 Again” screening for winner & fifty (50) of his or her friends in their hometown

Ten (10) “2nd Chance Prizes” (“ARV”) of each Prize is $50
“17 Again” & ICEE Prize Packs. Prize packages may include, in Sponsor’s discretion, film themed posters, soundtracks, hats and/or t-shirts.

A list of the winners may be obtained by sending a self addressed stamped envelope to: ICEE What Would You Do With Your 2nd Chance Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 1341, Guasti, CA 91743. Requests must be received by August 18, 2009.
