We Are All Warriors Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

Promotion Period : Begins on or about July 27, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 29, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand/First/Etc. Prize consists of one (1) private screening of the motion picture “Warrior” (the “Picture”) for the Grand Prize winner and up to fifty (50) guests to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion at a movie theater or other location, designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion, that is within thirty (30) miles of the Grand Prize winner’s residence (the “Screening”), provided by AMC. The specific date, time and location of the Screening shall be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Screening must take place on a date designated by Sponsor (but which is currently expected to take place during September 2011), or on such alternate date as may be set by Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4500.

First Prize. Up to nine (9) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of a “Warrior” Prize Pack, which will include items selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of each First Prize is $100.

Winner List : To obtain a copy of any legally-required winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The “We Are All Warriors” Sweepstakes Winners List, c/o Lions Gate Entertainment Inc., 2700 Colorado Avenue, Suite 200, Santa Monica, CA 90404. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period. These Official Rules will be posted on the Website during the Promotion Period.
