David’s Bridal Prom 2009 Win a Free Prom Dress

Eligibility : David’s Bridal Prom 2009 Win a Free Prom Dress is open to female high school students who (i) are enrolled in and attending high school during the 2008-2009 school year, (ii) are attending any of her high school’s proms (i.e. Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior, as applicable), (iii) are legal residents of the fifty states of the United States and the District of Columbia, but excluding the state of Rhode Island, (iv) are14 years of age or older at the time of entry, and (v) submit a valid Contest Entry as defined in these Official Rules (“Entrant”).

Promotion Period :  David’s Bridal Prom 2009 Win a Free Prom Dress (“Contest”) begins at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), November 20, 2008, and ends at 12:00 midnight ET, April 20, 2009 (“Contest Entry Period”).

How To Enter :
Each Entrant must submit (1) Entrant’s first and last name, email address, phone number, zip code and high school graduation year; and (2) a Publicity Release (“Release”) signed by Entrant, and, if Entrant is a minor, a Release Signed by individual’s parent or guardian (collectively, a “Contest Entry” or “Contest Entries”).

Limit :  Limit one (1) Contest Entry per person.

Prize (s):

As the conclusion of the Contest, each of the five winners will receive, at her choice, any Dress then carried by Sponsor, other than a bridal gown or flower girl dress (approximate value: $150).

A copy of these Official Rules and the Contest results may be obtained by visiting www.davidsprom.com or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope (Vermont residents may omit return postage) to David’s Bridal Prom Team, 10001 Washington Street Conshohocken, PA 191428. Indicate whether Entrant is requesting the Contest results or a copy of these Official Rules, or both. All Contest results will be available on or about April 21, 2009. Requests must be received no later than October 31, 2009.
