Gander Mountain of Shoes Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii) (the “Sweepstakes Territory”) who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 6, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2012 (the “Entry Period”).

Prize (s) :

National Men’s Prize. The National Men’s Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) pair of all styles of men’s footwear (excludes waders, snow shoes, slippers and sandals) carried by and in inventory with Sponsor at a selection date and time specified by Sponsor in a single size (for all footwear) selected by the prizewinner. ARV of the National Men’s Prize is $40,892.45.

National Women’s Prize. The National Women’s Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) pair of all styles of women’s footwear (excludes waders, snow shoes, slippers and sandals) carried by and in inventory with Sponsor at a selection date and time specified by Sponsor in a single size (for all footwear) selected by the prizewinner. ARV of the National Women’s Prize is $19,050.17.

National Youth’s Prize. The National Youth’s Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) pair of all styles of youth’s footwear (excludes waders, snow shoes, slippers and sandals) carried by and in inventory with Sponsor at a selection date and time specified by Sponsor in a single size (for all footwear) selected by the prizewinner. ARV of the National Youth’s Prize is $2,584.55.

Store Level Men’s Prize. A Store Level Men’s Prize consists of and is limited to a Gander Mountain footwear voucher, which entitles the winner to up to $100 to be used towards the purchase of a pair of men’s footwear at the applicable Store (certificate is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof, and may not be combined with any other offer, coupon, discount or promotion). The ARV of a Store Level Men’s Prize is $100, and the ARV of all Store Level Men’s Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $11,500.

Store Level Women’s Prize. A Store Level Women’s Prize consists of and is limited to a Gander Mountain footwear voucher, which entitles the winner to up to $100 to be used towards the purchase of a pair of women’s footwear at the applicable Store (certificate is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof, and may not be combined with any other offer, coupon, discount or promotion). The ARV of a Store Level Women’s Prize is $100, and the ARV of all Store Level Women’s Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $11,500.

Store Level Youth’s Prize. A Store Level Youth’s Prize consists of and is limited to a Gander Mountain footwear voucher, which entitles the winner to up to $75 to be used towards the purchase of a pair of youth’s footwear at the applicable Store (certificate is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof, and may not be combined with any other offer, coupon, discount or promotion). The ARV of a Store Level Youth’s Prize is $75, and the ARV of all Store Level Men’s Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $8,625.

Winner List : To request a list of the Sweepstakes winners, send a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to “Gander Mountain of Shoes Giveaway – Winner’s List Request,” c/o Gander Mountain Company, 180 E. Fifth Street, Suite 1300, St. Paul, Minnesota. Requests must be received by December 1, 2012.
