Project Gravitas My Style Moment Sweepstakes : A Project Gravitas Dress

Entry Period. The entry period started at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 8,2014 and is ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 15, 2014.

How to Enter. There are three (3) methods of entry for this Sweepstakes, as follows:

• 1) Enter by visiting oprah.com/projectgravitas and following th instructions to complete and submit the entry form provided.
• 2) Send a stamped postcard with your full name, email address, date of birth, phone number, home address, and dress size (legibly hand printed or typed) to: O, The Oprah Magazine Attn: Project Gravitas Sweepstakes 300 West 57th St. 36th Floor, New York, NY 10019.
• 3) Go to www.oprah.com/projectgravitas and opt-in to receive the Project Gravitas e-Newsletter, fill out your information as required on the entry form, and submit your entry.

Limited to one (1) entry per person during each Entry Period will be accepted, regardless of the method of entry.

Eligibility. To be eligible to enter or win, entrant must be individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Prizes. The prize(s) to be awarded to each winner of this Sweepstakes are: items as selected by OWN from the pages of O, the Oprah Magazine (approximate retail value (ARV) $250) and a dress from Project Gravitas (approximate retail value $195) with a total ARV of $445.
