Sperry Top-Sider Name Our Shoe Contest

Eligibility : CONTEST ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Promotion Period : The Sperry Top-Sider Name Our Shoe Contest will start on April 6, 2009 and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on April 20, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, go to SperryTopSider.com/contest, and complete the on-line entry form by following all of the on-screen instructions, and submit the form as directed.

Limit : You may enter as often as you wish, however each shoe name submitted must be different.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of twelve (12) pair of the shoe to be named, in various sizes as may be offered by Sperry Top-Sider and as specified by the Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize”). The ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,500.00.

TEN (10) RUNNER UP PRIZES/ARV: Ten (10) Runner Up Prizes will also be awarded, consisting of one (1) pair of the shoe to be named. The ARV of each Runner Up Prize is $125.00.

Winners : The Grand Prize and Runner Up Prize winners will be posted on SperryTopSider.com/contest after May 18, 2009. To obtain a Winners List, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope by June 17, 2009 to: Beverly Whelan, Sperry Top-Sider LLC, 191 Spring Street, P.O. Box 9191, Lexington, MA 02420-9191.
