I thought I won something until I realized the promotion is over.it wouldn’t let me even bring up the flash based website on my phone anyway

I feel if the promotion is over take the old tops off the sobe bottles. Its misleading and if you think about it all its doing for sobe is boosting sobe’s selling market. The game is garbage. A Pissed off sobe customer.

I won the thing and i tried to claim my prize but the promotion is CLOSED yet they still have it on the products. you need to stop misleading customers, this is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought a case and the first bottle I opened indicated I was a winner. I got excited that I actually won something and come to find out the promotion is over. This is really bad ; here it is January 2011 and the promotion was over in September of 2010. I feel you owe ALL your customers a BIG apology. I feel your creditability has been damaged. Thank you.

I just purchased a sobe drink today & finally got a ‘tails u win’ w/ the code…only the contest ended in september???? Why in the hell is SoBe still distributing & advertising this contest if its over. I agree w/ the false advertising statement…SoBe should honor the codes & prizes. Funny thing…SoBe doesn’t seem to give a shit about its customers when they should…we are the only reason they are in business.

I got a winning cap on January 24th and went to the site to enter the code: no luck, nowhere to enter the code. So I looked around online and found out the contest ended 4 months ago! Holy crap, why are there still game caps out there if the contest is over? Also, looked closer at the bottle and the expiration date for the drink was in November! Guess that was the store’s fault but I am still upset with sobe about the game thing. One more thing, when I went to sobe’s site, the first thing they have on the page is this naked girl with drawings all over her skin, and it says, introducing the 2011 Skin Girl, isn’t she hot? Wow, this is one classy company, am I right? I won’t be buying from them again. Ever.

I also agree with heidi and everyone else,the game should have been handled a little better. The water is good but this gives the company a bad name.I truly hope something is done to reimburst me and all the winners. Thank you very much your Sobe buyer,Modesti and family.

I to just won on the sobe drink cap. Here it is February 4th 2011. Why the hell would you put a time limit on a promotional game instead of letting the game go until all prizes are won? I also agree with every comment b4 mine. Sobe needs to get their shit together cuz ur loosing all ur customers. Maybe u will have to go out of business cuz im not buying anymore of ur product and im sure many other people wont either. So give us the prizes we won, and make it right for everyone, or u can go screw irself

Its feb 17 and i too had a winning cap. Rushed to the computer for nothing…. Sobe needs some type of damage control. Im sure all prizes hasnt been claimed. What a rip off

Well it is 1:36 pm here in Rio Grande valley. Raymondville TX and I go to the local convient store and this is my 10th bottle at 1.59 a damn bottle and I win but as soon as I enter the website I can’t even pull up the promotional website then I look at bottle and it says contest ends 09.14.2010 what the hell sober….don’t be misleading your customers with marketing schemes….it could lead to a lawsuit from winners….they have that right….LOL
