Get Fit and Win Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Get Fit and Win Sweepstakes (“Promotion”, “Sweepstakes”) is open to any legal U.S. resident within the 50 United States and District of Columbia (residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and any other territory or possession, and overseas military installations are excluded from entry and participation), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Between 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) – January 2, 2010 and 11:59:59 p.m. EST – March 13, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Timeframe”)

How To Enter : Simply log on to www.greatcheese.com/wii and enter requested personal information on-line to register and follow the on-line prompts to submit your entry;

Limit : Limit one on-line entry per e-mail address per day or one mail-in entry per day, per household.

Prize (s):

Ten (10) Grand Prizes: One Grand Prize will be awarded for each week of the Sweepstakes Timeframe as outlined in the schedule table in section 1 – (How to Enter) and will consist of a Nintendo® Wii® Console with one Wii® Remote and one Nunchuk® Controller and a Nintendo® Wii Fit® and Balance Board (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) – $440.00 each).

Winners : To obtain a winners’ list, send a stamped, self-addressed (#10) envelope to: “Get Fit and Win” Sweepstakes WINNERS – 10 Holland, Irvine, CA 92618 by April 30, 2010. Requests from Vermont (“VT”) residents that are postmarked in VT may omit return postage.
