Eligibility : Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) who are thirteen (13) years of age or older and located in the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) at the time of entry are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : Begins on or about November 8th, 2011   at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on or about December 25, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. EST

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per e-mail address per day.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize is available.  The Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Xbox 360 4GB Console and one (1) Sonic Generations for Xbox 360. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $249.98.

Winner List : For the list of prize winners or a copy of the Official Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Gorilla Nation Media, LLC; Attention:  Sales Department;_5140 Goldleaf Circle, 3rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90056  (VT residents may omit return postage) such that it is received by no later than June 25th, 2012.
