Eligibility : The Tampax Smacktalk Showdown Contest is open only to female residents of the 50 United States (except Maine) and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older and registered members of beinggirl.com at time of entry (there is no fee required to join beinggirl.com)

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:00:00pm ( noon) (ET) on 1/18/10 through 11:59:59am (ET) on 2/15/10

How To Enter : Visit  www.beinggirl.com and follow the online entry instructions.

Limit : Limit one entry per userid per week.

Prize (s):

Five (5) prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $877.84, will be awarded as follows:
(1) Grand Prize – A Nintendo Wii Game Console with a WiiFit Game Bundle, and a framed photo of winning entry autographed by Serena Williams (Approx. Retail Value $350; there is no retail value associated with signed photo);
(4) Finalist Prizes – A $100 Nike.com gift card and a one-year supply of Tampax Pearl tampons (awarded in the form of four 36-count Tampax Pearl tampon regular flow multi-packs) (Approx. Retail Value $131.96 per prize).
