The Mini Size Fun Sweepstakes at McDonald’s

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia who are age 8 and older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The “Mini Size Fun Sweepstakes at McDonald’s®” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on June 30, 2008 at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends December 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Entrants may return and play the fun games as often as they like however only one (1) entry per person, per day is allowed (12:00:01 A.M. ET – 11:59:59 P.M. ET).

Prize (s):
First Prize: One (1) First Prize is available each Drawing Period for a total of Six (6) for the Promotional Period. Each First Prize winner will receive One (1) Nintendo Wii™ Game Console along with the Line Rider 2: Unbound Wii™ Game. Each First Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $279.98.

Second Prizes: Three (3) Second Prizes are available each Drawing Period for a total of Eighteen (18) for the Promotional Period. Each Second Prizewinner will receive One (1) Nintendo DS™ Lite along with the Line Rider 2: Unbound DS™ Game. Each Second Prize has an ARV of $159.98

Third Prizes: Ten (10) Third Prizes are available each Drawing Period for a total of Sixty (60) for the Promotional Period. Each Third Prizewinner will receive One (1) Line Rider 2: Unbound PC. Each Third Prize has an ARV of $19.99.
